How it works
- Initial inquiry. Send the form. We ask a few questions to understand the property, the issue, and your scheduling preferences.
- The match. We identify the partner provider best suited to your situation and tell you who they are — including their company name and Georgia license number — before they contact you.
- Direct introduction. The provider reaches out to you directly to schedule an inspection. You and the provider contract independently. We step out of the conversation.
- Follow-up. A few days after service, we check in to make sure the match worked. If it didn't, we'll re-route you at no charge.
